**About the Role**

Burlington Housing Authority is seeking a skilled Building Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance work in our owned and managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including building exteriors, common areas, apartments, building systems, fixtures, and grounds.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, which covers night and weekend emergencies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures.
