Sugarbush Resort Lift Maintenance Technician

Seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our Mountain Operations team at Sugarbush Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts by monitoring, maintaining, and repairing lift equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all lift equipment, including conveyors, high-speed detachable quads, and other systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lift components, towers, and other equipment during the summer season.
  • Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, gasoline and diesel engines, and low-voltage safety circuits.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Detachable lift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license necessary.
  • Requires working on weekends and holidays.
