Our organization is experiencing significant growth and is looking to hire a Sales Representative in the Topeka area and surrounding areas. This position provides the opportunity for rapid income growth and advancement into leadership immediately upon proven proficiency with our system.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and use our proven sales system to build a successful career
  • Present and sell company products to new individuals and groups, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, to identify new business opportunities
  • Reach agreed upon activity goals by a deadline, with a focus on meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments, and to build a self-sustaining referral stream

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in direct, outside or B2B sales is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time, with a focus on meeting deadlines and goals

Requirements:

An insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring, to ensure compliance with industry regulations
