Job Summary:

Credit Management Services, Inc. is a leading collection agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Nebraska. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the collections industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
