About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to engage stakeholders and promote our company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communications campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality communications content, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain our company's internal communications platforms and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on strategic communications and change management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
