  • Schedule and Direct Special Events Staff: Coordinate the scheduling of ambulance staff at special event venues, ensuring adequate coverage and resources.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a sufficient pool of special event personnel is available.
  • Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for CrowdRx and special events customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Operational Support: Provide direction and oversight to operational support staff as needed, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for each venue, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site visits to assess crew performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Equipment and Supply Management: Assess daily equipment, supply, and vehicle needs for events, coordinating service as necessary.
  • Reimbursement and Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reimbursement requests and accurate reporting of operational response exceptions.
  • Customer and Staff Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer and staff inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations of events involving assigned units or staff, completing internal reports and recommending training as necessary.
  • Attendance and Adherence: Maintain punctual and regular attendance, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Three Years' Experience: As an EMS provider, with a minimum of three years' experience in pre-hospital care.
  • Special Events Experience: Preferably with experience in special events, including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
  • Supervisory Experience: Preferably with supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
  • EMT Certification: Current State certification as an EMT or higher, as well as all AMR requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
