Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct daily activities of shift operators, load out operators, and grain handlers to achieve optimal production levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and process information exchange.
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of improving plant efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of process equipment and process parameters, with the ability to troubleshoot and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
