Your Qualifications: Essential Skills
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) with enrollment in a certificate program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is acceptable.
  • Preferred: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and/or ABA State License (LABA).
  • Consideration for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a talent for identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
  • Strong clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills to foster team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
