Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Advocate to support patients throughout their cancer journey at Cancer Care Northwest.

Cancer Care Northwest is the leading cancer center in the Inland Northwest, providing comprehensive care to patients with empathy and expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize patient needs by pre-authorizing services and verifying insurance eligibility.
  • Assess patient financial requirements and counsel on insurance benefits and co-payments.
  • Determine patient responsibility for treatment, ensuring seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Three years of experience in medical office settings with expertise in insurance procedures and patient interaction.

Estimated Salary: $25.60 - $35.14 per hour.
