Nurse Navigator for Dynamic Acute Care Units

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Deaconess Hospital-based team and support various acute care departments. As a Nurse Navigator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a multidisciplinary approach.

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a focus on collaboration and communication. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and improve quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis
- Demonstrate knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Current Washington State Driver's License; proof of a safe driving record
