Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service department, ensuring all maintenance and repair tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on support with heavy truck repairs as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and repair challenges.
  • Mentor and train a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or lead role within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
