Role ResponsibilitiesThe Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for the operation, control, and monitoring of various production equipment, including:
- Chillers
- Mixers
- Blenders
- Conveyors
- Ovens
- Metal Detectors
- Check Weighers
This role ensures the seamless operation of production lines, responding swiftly to any irregularities to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
Key DutiesAs a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will:
- Conduct daily oversight of production processes to guarantee efficiency.
- Investigate and implement strategies to enhance product yield.
- Manage equipment changeovers and adjustments during production cycles.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
- Perform regular audits of machine settings and process controls.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and material usage.
- Assist maintenance teams with equipment installation and repairs.
- Analyze production waste and scrap for optimization.
- Verify pre-scale and mixing processes to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to operators as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and machine operation.
- Experience in quality inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Proficiency in generating technical work instructions and standard operating procedures.
