Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Foreman to join our team at EOG Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and operation of a new 300 MMSCFD cryogenic natural gas processing plant in the Delaware Basin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Leadership: Establish a healthy safety culture and lead the organization in safety initiatives.
  • Plant Operations: Safely and reliably operate the plant in accordance with plant operating procedures.
  • Optimization: Optimize plant operations and maintenance to improve plant safety, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and supervise Plant Operators.
  • Performance Management: Manage plant operational performance, budgeting, and expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Commitment to Safety: Unwavering commitment to personnel safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Cryogenic Plant Operations: Strong knowledge of cryogenic plant operations, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Experience: Five years of cryogenic plant operations experience and five years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Education: High School diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PSM Program Management: Direct experience in the management of a Process Safety Management (PSM) program preferred.
  • Turbine Compression and Power Generation: Knowledge of turbine compression and power generation is considered a plus.
