The Customer Service Representative serves as the essential connection between our clients and the skilled technicians at Venturi Restoration. This role involves managing customer inquiries related to orders and billing, as well as coordinating the daily schedules for our technicians while collaborating with the base manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming customer order requests within the designated area.
  • Maintain and update the company database (NetSuite) through accurate order entry and customer information updates.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians according to customer requirements.
  • Record daily management and sales calls, along with necessary updates.
  • Monitor technician payroll hours, commissions, and PTO requests for the Human Resources department.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional phone communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in dispatching within a service-oriented company is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Able to execute all responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while prioritizing a high volume of work.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
