The Client Relations Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers at Patriot Bank, N.A. This position is responsible for accurately processing a variety of customer transactions while adhering to established protocols and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Associate contributes to the branch's overall performance by supporting sales initiatives that align with the bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily banking operations utilizing the Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and maintaining ATMs.
  • Promote and recommend banking products by addressing customer inquiries, informing them of new offerings, and assessing their needs to provide appropriate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate logs and manage mail, night drop, and ATM transactions efficiently.
  • Document transactions involving Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and other specialized services.
  • Prepare and submit reports on counterfeit currency and suspicious activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Balance cash drawers and branch accounts by verifying cash transactions and electronic records against daily totals.
  • Reconcile check transactions and ensure timely batch deposits are completed.
  • Adhere to security protocols and participate in dual-control functions, as well as monthly security briefings.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Be open to flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts, and support other branches as required.
  • All team members must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and report any suspicious activities observed during their duties.

Education
