Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology transfer strategies to advance biomedical research and innovation.
  • Manage and advise on intellectual property, patenting, and licensing programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff on technology transfer issues, including inventions, patents, licenses, and confidential information.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and implement technology transfer agreements.
  • Conduct training and educational programs to promote technology transfer knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in a field related to the medical field, health sciences, or allied sciences.
  • At least one year of specialized experience in managing technology transfer, intellectual property, and patenting and licensing programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and directing staff.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and patenting and licensing.
