Join Our Team

We're seeking an exceptional US General Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the United States. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing our sales pipeline, and partnering with our CEO and CCO to develop and execute our GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US market
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Partner with our CEO and CCO to develop and execute our GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure our platform meets the needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, providing insights and recommendations to inform our product roadmap
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in commercial GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of success as a high-performing quota carrier
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and growing a business
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong commercial intuition, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve as the business grows
