  • Develop strategies for supplier negotiations, SOW/SLA formulation, award recommendations, business case presentations, risk assessments, and cost management.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
  • Perform analyses and provide recommendations for improvements in sourcing strategies, including comprehensive TCO strategies while challenging existing sourcing methods.
  • Assist in formulating an annual budget based on project portfolio sourcing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Global Procurement to devise value-driven strategies that align with departmental objectives.
  • Proactively identify business optimization cost savings while developing data-supported business cases for these initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, legislative changes, and technological advancements related to Design and Construction, aiming for continuous improvements in cost, performance, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or related fields.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate the total value of a deal or negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
