Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction, with a strong ability to manage project timelines and budgets, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to foster positive relationships and achieve project goals
  • Analyze architectural plans and provide expert advice on construction procedures
  • Think creatively and problem-solve on the fly to overcome challenges and ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction procedures, including structure, building envelope, MEP, interior and exterior finishes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction as a Superintendent/Project Manager
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high-quality work and career advancement
