Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and analyze project scope, requirements, and budgets to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement project risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and development.
- 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or retail construction and/or tenant improvement projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130k to $200k annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
