Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Riverside Health System in Williamsburg, VA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations of facility buildings and equipment. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance and be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations of facility buildings and equipment
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with the care of residents in independent living and assisted living
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of maintenance experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills to complete online training
- Universal EPA CFC/HCFC Refrigerant Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
