Job Opportunity

SierTek Ltd. is a leading provider of program management, information technology, and administrative support services to the Federal Department of Defense. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support an opportunity in the Washington D.C. area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing or directing a technical program involving business process development and data analysis. A SECRET Clearance is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives to streamline internal organization and program processes
  • Providing business process reengineering and applying lessons learned from previous reports and studies
  • Reducing redundant and inefficient entries and internal processes
  • Eliminating processes that reduce cross-functional awareness
  • Developing and maintaining budget crosswalks
  • Centralizing data sources
  • Increasing automation
  • Reducing inefficiencies in existing technologies
  • Improving document metadata
  • Instituting a governance process

The candidate will also be responsible for providing support in developing, testing, improving, and maintaining new and existing databases, as well as integrating budget, financial, acquisition, and procurement changes across all program data sets and dashboards.
