Responsibilities and Duties- Assists therapist/case managers in providing case management services to assigned consumers, including assistance in obtaining housing, income, employment, medical, and mental health treatment.
- Collaborates with primary clinicians to develop outcome-based treatment plans and provides support and backup during scheduled work hours.
- Educates clinical staff about the recovery process and the damaging role that stigma can play in undermining recovery.
- Collaborates with community resources to assist consumers in accessing services as needed.
