  • Front Desk Operations: Assist in the management of the front desk, supervising a team of Guest Service associates to ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest requests in a friendly and service-oriented manner, resolve guest complaints, and greet in-house guests to ensure a positive experience.
  • Leadership: Fill in at the front desk during busy periods or when staffing needs dictate, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a front desk position, lead or supervisor role, or extensive experience in a related field.
