Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Exidetek. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services to find effective solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
