Luxury Sales Consultant

At LaserAway, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Job Summary:The Luxury Sales Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting consultations, and describing our treatments to potential patients. You will build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations to describe LaserAway's treatments.
- Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, and overcome objections.
- Prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
- Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
- Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
- Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, and maintain a clean and professional clinic.
- Restock inventory, perform light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
- Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
- 2+ years of sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
