ServiceNow Solution Architect

At The Dignify Solutions LLC, we're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow solutions for our clients. With a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and deployment, you will be able to formulate and articulate technical vision and lead the implementation of complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large-scale ServiceNow solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases
  • Implement custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain large-scale applications and systems
  • Customize core ServiceNow applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD
  • Formulate and articulate technical vision
  • Gather requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead the implementation of complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem


Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • At least 10 years of experience designing and supporting ServiceNow enterprise implementations in large complex environments
  • Strong consultative background in enterprise environments
  • Experience with implementation of custom integrations
  • Development experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to formulate and articulate technical vision
  • Strong requirements gathering experience
  • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
  • Strong technical and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
