Job Summary:

Oxy is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Platform Architect to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and improve IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and improve IT service management processes.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation to streamline IT operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform regular system audits, upgrades, and patches to ensure the platform's stability and security.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other IT team members on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT Service Management Platform team and contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and improve IT service management processes. As an IT Service Management Platform Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management and ServiceNow implementation.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
