We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
