Responsibilities- Participate in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and others.
- Evaluate patient care and seek guidance as needed to revise the plan of care.
- Implement care plans, utilizing healthcare organization and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Lead by example, promoting a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment for all.
- Assess and anticipate discharge needs of individual patients and families.
- Develop relationships with families to promote their ability to advocate for the patient and their own needs.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
