Seasonal Menu Manager for Local Culinary Team

We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to join our team at a respected Sarasota restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving menu innovation, developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort. You will possess a strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and exceptional service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure menu items are executed with excellence
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
