  • Demonstrate proficiency in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.
  • Understand and analyze profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead discussions and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Operate independently while exercising discretion and working efficiently under pressure.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere through an inspirational attitude.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, setting high-performance standards.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • Possess a degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in team management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
