Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit the necessary competencies required for the role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.
- Understand and analyze profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make informed commercial decisions.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead discussions and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Operate independently while exercising discretion and working efficiently under pressure.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through an inspirational attitude.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, setting high-performance standards.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
- Possess a degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate experience in team management.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
