Regional Program Specialist

The American Red Cross is seeking a highly skilled Regional Program Specialist to support our Service to Armed Forces and International Services (SAF-IS) missions in the Knoxville/Chattanooga Region. This role requires travel to surrounding areas, and the successful candidate will be part of our mobile staff, working closely with military members and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Assist in delivering American Red Cross programs and services to meet the needs of United States military members, veterans, and their families in accordance with Red Cross policies and procedures.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers in the delivery of SAF and IS U.S. programs and services.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of core services and IS U.S. programs to all clients within the jurisdiction, while also supporting other lines of Red Cross service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field; or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of three years related experience.
- Salary: $60,000 per year.
