At Scale AI, Inc., we are expanding our Finance team to drive data-driven and financially sound decisions. This role will partner with the leadership team to make critical business decisions across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders, as well as technical skills to support their recommendations. You will work closely with department heads on real-time high-priority business issues and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making.

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Operations Manager who will execute financial strategies to support company growth objectives, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner with the business to manage headcount and expense forecasts, own weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPIs, presentations, and other critical analysis requests
  2. Create internal executive reporting, including close, financial reporting, investor reporting, and other management presentations
  3. Support month-end close, flux review processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6-8 years of financial analysis experience working directly in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and expert Excel modeling skills
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
