Salary Range

The Advanced Analytics Associate position comes with a competitive salary range of $119,780-$182,670 annually, determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will apply advanced analytics and data science to enhance financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive initiatives across FP&A, Corporate Planning, and our Global Business Units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced financial analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, scenario analyses, and AI/machine learning techniques.
  • Build and maintain financial data models and decision-support tools using Power BI, Excel, and other advanced analytics platforms, driving insights into profitability, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to diagnose and address financial operations and planning challenges, such as cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and analyzing operational data for strategic improvements.
  • Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance financial planning and forecasting processes, generating actionable insights and creating models to guide strategic decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in finance with demonstrated expertise in data science, statistics, as well as data and financial modeling.
  • Proficient with Power BI and Excel; familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into actionable insights for finance and business stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey analytical results to non-technical audiences.
