Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and promoting our supplemental benefits solutions. You will have the opportunity to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure, and will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote our supplemental benefits solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and energetic personality with a strong desire to succeed
  • Accountability and coachability
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Pass a criminal background check
