Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming communications, official documentation, and directives from timekeepers and staff.
- Oversee and manage items from designated docketing email accounts, ensuring adherence to departmental processing timelines.
- Collaborate with fellow docketing personnel to guarantee that all time-sensitive docketing responsibilities are fulfilled promptly.
- Engage with firm and departmental colleagues and timekeepers in a courteous and professional manner when soliciting further information or responding to inquiries.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by firm timekeepers and management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant within professional services.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
