**Job Summary**
Ixonia Bank, a locally-owned and independent community bank, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in building customer confidence and trust by providing exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Receive and process customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Verify customer information and examine checks for endorsements
• Enter customer transactions into our computer system and issue computer-generated receipts
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer and compare totaled amounts with data displayed on the computer screen
• Provide knowledge of banking products and services to customers
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
**Requirements**
• The ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Customer service and cash-handling experience is preferred
• Ability to listen actively and identify customer needs and concerns
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including every Saturday, with flexible scheduling based on branch needs
• Preferred candidates will have prior bank teller experience
