Job Overview

Lifelong Access is dedicated to fostering connections between families and individuals with developmental disabilities and their communities through a lifetime of meaningful support. Our organization offers a comprehensive range of services tailored for families, children, and adults, including residential care, vocational training, employment assistance, high school transition programs, mental health services, and therapeutic support.

We are currently seeking full-time Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide individualized services to clients aged 2-18, focusing on enhancing communication, social skills, and daily living abilities. This role involves delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both home and clinic environments. If you have a passion for implementing treatment strategies and witnessing client progress firsthand, this position may be a perfect fit for you.

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Current proof of automobile insurance

Work Environment

Employees may encounter varying weather conditions while performing job duties. The typical noise level in the workplace is moderate.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling. Employees will often engage in fine motor activities with children and communicate with both adults and children, some of whom may have communication challenges. Occasional climbing and lifting of up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
