We are currently seeking full-time Behavior Support Specialists to provide tailored services to clients aged 2-18, focusing on enhancing communication, social skills, and daily living abilities. This role involves working in both home and clinic environments, delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Compensation: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Current proof of auto insurance

Work Environment

Employees may occasionally encounter outdoor weather conditions. The typical noise level in the workplace is moderate.

Physical Demands

In this role, employees frequently need to sit on various surfaces, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They will often manipulate small toys with children and communicate with both adults and children, some of whom may have communication challenges. Occasionally, employees may need to climb or engage in sensory activities. The position requires the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
