About the Role

Lifelong Access is a leading provider of community-based services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Pediatric Therapy program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and written plans.
  • Collaborate with ABA, speech, PT, and OT teams to deliver comprehensive services.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a human service field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • One year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities, with a minimum of one year experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA preferred.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record and current proof of automobile insurance.
