Are you a sales leader looking for a new challenge?
We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Pittsburgh.
This is a direct sales role with a focus on leading and motivating our sales team to reach their maximum performance and earning potential.

Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales Manager to coach and inspire the sales team, leading team meetings, and exceeding personal sales targets. You will also review team performance, provide ongoing training, and offer feedback to the sales team based on observations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to coach and inspire the sales team
* Lead team meetings and share best practices to drive sales targets
* Exceed personal sales targets
* Review team performance and provide ongoing training
* Offer feedback to the sales team based on observations

Requirements:
* 3+ years of direct sales experience
* 1+ year of experience in developing, training, motivating, and leading a fast-paced sales team
* Prior managerial background and ability to build and coach a team
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven track record as a sales leader

Compensation:
$1,600-$2,000 per week (base salary + uncapped commission + overrides + bonuses)
