Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Botrista. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Higher Education and Healthcare sectors.

About Us: At Botrista, we revolutionize beverage culture with innovative drink-making technology. We empower restaurants and establishments to expand their menus without added complexity, driving growth and innovation nationwide.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Food Service industry. They will develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive new business development, and oversee the full sales process from lead generation to installation and launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Drive new business development by identifying high-traffic locations on campuses and healthcare facilities
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring successful site qualification for Botrista Pro machine placement
  • Monitor and drive achievement of quarterly KPIs, including number of installs and launches in qualified sites
  • Collaborate with Sales/Operations Engineers and Field Service Engineers to optimize equipment uptime and streamline operational efficiency across the region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Food Service industry
  • Proven track record of new business development and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience identifying potential sites and working with decision-makers in universities or healthcare environments

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commissions and stock options. A comprehensive benefits package includes fully company-paid Medical and 99% company-paid Dental and Vision Insurance, as well as 15 days Paid Time Off, 7 sick days, and 14 holidays.
