- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and payment collections efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing revenue.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee inventory levels of orthodontic supplies, preventing stockouts and ensuring timely restocking.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient experiences and clinic operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in dental assisting or healthcare administration (desired).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Thorough understanding of orthodontic procedures, terminology, and treatment plans.
- Proficiency in dental software systems for scheduling, billing, and electronic health records.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with insurance processes and handling insurance claims for patients.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with strong empathetic abilities to support individuals undergoing orthodontic treatment.
Estimated Annual Salary: $58,000 - $70,000
