Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

This role is available at Mathews Brothers Co, offering a competitive salary of $33.00 per hour based on industry standards in the region.

The successful candidate will install, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and systems, focusing on electrical and electronic components. They will ensure that all electrical work complies with national, state, and local regulations. The job requires designing electrical systems for buildings and machinery, installing wiring and fixtures, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.

A key responsibility will be to diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards. Additionally, the successful candidate will replace faulty electrical components of machines, including relays, switches, and motors, and position sensing devices. They will also perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to reduce downtime and respond to ticket requests in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master Electrician Certification, a High School Diploma or GED, and have advanced knowledge of electrical systems. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools are essential. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and loud machinery, the successful candidate must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
