Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Kentucky Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities of the Maintenance division, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across various departments, including Rides Maintenance, Plumbing/Water Park, and Facilities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of departmental and park-wide standard operating procedures, as well as industry best practices and state and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of clerical experience.
  • Participation in all required training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn new software as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tolerate noise and stress, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screens, as required.
  • Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods, walk and stand for short periods, bend, sit, and squat occasionally, and tolerate extreme weather conditions occasionally.
