Malace HR is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Mobile Maintenance Mechanic in the Asheville area. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $30-33, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and belts.
- Safety: Conduct hazard assessments, maintain compliance with safety procedures, and recognize potential hazards to propose solutions.
- Driving: Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license, adhering to defensive driving practices at all times.
Administrative Tasks:
- Submit P-card receipts daily.
- Update work order status in real-time.
- Utilize CMMS systems like 360 Facility for all work performed.
Requirements:
- Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Possess third-party certification.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and working overhead.
- Working in adverse conditions (extreme cold, hot).
- Driving for long periods.
- Climbing ladders up to 30 feet.
