We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical endurance, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.

Job Summary

This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the daily upkeep of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, washing and sanitizing toilets and sinks, and restocking supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for securing facilities after hours by locking doors, closing windows, and setting up the alarm.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock supplies
  • Secure facilities after hours by locking doors, closing windows, and setting up the alarm
  • Report any major damages or issues to management
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization in all aspects of the job

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a custodian or janitor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent physical endurance and stamina
