USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician Supervisor to lead our hydro blasting and vacuuming teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching staff members, ensuring the safe and effective completion of hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coach Staff Members: Assist in training new employees, supervise staff members' workplace performance and attendance, and develop staff members' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure all equipment functions properly, adhere to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures, and complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
- Load Out and Inspect Jobs: Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work, and communicate updates with clients.
- Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, wash and clean company equipment, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines and perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of related experience required, with 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field, and ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time.
- Physical Requirements: Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned, able to lift at least 50 pounds, and physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
