Job Summary:
As a Program Operations Manager at The GEO Group, you will oversee the daily operations of an Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) office, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and direct all activity in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of ISAP programs, services, and employees. You will also be responsible for developing timely and accurate reports on the status of program operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all activity in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of ISAP programs, services, and employees.
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enable the office to achieve its operational and financial objectives.
- Ensure that programs function in a manner that satisfies contractual obligations.
- Serves as the local point of contact with DHS/ICE, maintaining frequent and productive liaison.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
- At least two years of case management experience. Experience in an Alternatives to Detention immigration program is preferred.
- Valid State Driver's License and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- US citizenship required.
- Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract required.
- Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
